As an Independent Agent, we are constantly striving to stay ahead of the competition. From  the moment that the market appraisal is arranged, customers can relax safe in the knowledge that they are in the hands of the owner of the business.
 
Marketing
Marketing of your property will be varied and diverse and the strategies employed are constantly evolving. Property particulars are published for each and every property (with the option of basic and three-dimensional floor plans). Your property will also be advertised on the organisation’s website, on the ‘Rightmove’ website and in the local print media. In addition, it will be advertised on the company’s premises and the sales team will also match the property to an extensive list of customers seeking properties similar to your own.

The Team
Marie Holmes Estates employs an approachable but professional commission driven, dedicated and knowledgeable team of staff which is second to none. We make no apologies for the team’s tenacity but never lose sight of the need to engage the customer and build a lasting relationship. We do not have any of the customary distractions that other Estate Agents have such as financial services, legal services and so on; that freedom allows us to focus on what is best for the customer, not our organisation. Some Agents will claim that the ‘one stop shop’ is an advantage but we view this as a bar to offering the optimum levels of customer service that the company’s clients have come to expect.

Loyalty
As the vast majority of the organisation’s business comes from referrals, customer loyalty is rewarded through adoption of its ‘friends and family’ loyalty scheme. The organisation operates a reward scheme for those customers that recommend the service to a third party. Full details are available from the company upon request.

No Sale, No Fee
More Estate Agents than ever are now asking their customers to pay part of their fee up front as an inducement to obtain a lower charge. We feel that’s wrong and our commitment to you is that if we don’t secure a sale on your home, we won’t charge you any commission. The risk is all with us and the reward with our customers.
